It was a very snowy day but that did not keep us from having an all day charity sew in. Thank you ladies for the quilt kits, time to visit and the wondrful soup before our meeting.

  • Marcia used up lots of scraps
  • Beth made this in a class from Lisa S.
  • Beth made this quilt for a very special person.
  • Jill machine embroidered a great Michigan Bag
  • Joan made the Cherrywood project for next month
  • Leslie had some pink to use up.
  • Jemma finished the Medallion challenge using a Harry Potter theme. The funny figures say “Always”.
Susan found some fun Quilt stores in Maui
A lot going on. Talk about the March Quilt Hop at the Library, winners for the raffle drawing, members selling extra quilt supplies, making a chicken out of the little Bingo squares from December, Aurifil bags and threads for members from last month participation, upcoming programs. I know Zoom is available if you can’t come or are out of town, but please try and come to the meeting.
