The retreat was a huge success, both in getting things sewn and in making friends and just plain getting to talk to members. We learn from each other and support each other at the same time. Thank you Lisa for the great organization and the fun little sewing treats.

Kay’s Grand Haven Fabric Challenge
Kay gave us each a charm pack of a line of fabric designed for Grand Haven at the last retreat and challenged us to make something. We had a fun variety of items from a large quilt to small bags and chickens. We then all voted on our favorite. The lucky winner was Wendy, although there was a tie.
Wendy won the Oscar and a gift certificate for her Mosaic picture of Grand Haven. Thanks Kay, it was fun.
Kay loved this fabric and made this wonderful quilt. Great design to show off the fabrics.
